Starting the year with good news is always something to celebrate.
In December 2025, Faro Barcelona was awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, improving our score from 2024 and reaching 75 out of 100 points. This recognition places us among the top 15% of companies worldwide rated for sustainability.
EcoVadis is one of the most respected organisations in corporate sustainability assessments. Its methodology thoroughly analyses key areas such as environmental impact, labour and human rights, business ethics and responsible supply chain management.
This new milestone confirms a clear direction toward a business model that is fully aware of its footprint. Because talking about sustainability means talking about measurable facts, actionable plans and visible results.
As part of our continuous improvement process, every year we submit our Organisational Carbon Footprint calculation to an independent verification, confirming that our greenhouse gas inventory – including direct (scope 1) and indirect (scopes 2 and 3) emissions – complies with the ISO 14064-3:2019 standard. Last July, we renewed our certificate, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and environmental rigour.
One of the most concrete results: a 6.4% reduction in total emissions compared to 2023, and 24% compared to 2019. A positive trend that reflects the impact of every decision and every improvement made to processes, products and logistics. You can read all the details here.
