Inviting Light, presented exclusively at Light+Building 2018

Faro Barcelona attends the biennial Light+Building fair for the fifth time. Coinciding with the occasion, the lighting company presented its new volume The Collection.



But the surprises did not end here, the Inviting Light design set by the Swedish group Bohman&Folenius was presented exclusively. “The possibility of regulating both the temperature and the intensity has greatly pleased the attendees” says Ana López, Business Development Manager of Faro Barcelona.



During the 6 days of the fair, from March 18 to 23, our stand has been the perfect showcase to display the 2018 collection. This year has been designed by the Lighting Designer Michela Mezzavilla and drew attention from afar for the set of wooden slats that formed our image.



Another environment that has enthralled the audience has been the long table with the coloured SAIGON IN. These luminaires designed by Nahtrang are made in Portugal and its curved body gave warmth to the space.



The high-quality materials such as wood also attracted visitors. STOOD by Lúcid and LOOP by Estudi Ribaudí were worshipped by attendees, mainly distributors, interior designers and lighting stores.

In the portable category, one of the group’s bets, TAKE AWAY, was the lighting designers’ favourite. “The designs of Faro Barcelona have been very popular because they incorporate new technology. The MUTE pendant that absorbs the reminiscence of sound has also been one of the most acclaimed by the opinion leaders” explains Alexandra Box, Export Area Manager, after asking her about the most successful designs.



In exterior lighting, the FLOW stake by Alegre Design and the BRONX wall lamp by Alex&Manel Lluscà had a perfect showcase to display its features. “The BRONX wall lamp and its finish attracted attention for its design, quality and price” explains Baptiste Laulhe-Desauw, Export Manager of France.

Finally, as European references for ventilation, Faro Barcelona has presented WINCHE by Faro Team with IP44 for outdoor use; MINI TUBE by Conillas, in this case transparent, but with many customisation possibilities; and ICE SPEAKER by Estudi Ribaudí with Bluetooth to play music.
