Villa Terrazza, located in the privileged setting of Las Colinas Golf & Country Club, south of Alicante, is much more than a luxury home. Under the guidance of architect Izaskun Chinchilla and Somium, this project is born from strict respect for the environment and a clear idea: that the house remains open all day, allowing nature to penetrate the interior and for living almost entirely outdoors.

The home is designed from strict respect for the environment, trying to make the idea of ecology compatible with outdoor living, keeping the house open all day, letting nature penetrate inside and for you to live practically outside” - Izaskun Chinchilla, architect in charge of Villa Terrazza
Each room connects directly with the garden, creating spaces where the line between inside and outside disappears. Life at Terrazza flows as a continuum, in constant dialogue with the climate, surroundings, and the outdoors.

In this setting, light is key to creating the right atmosphere, enhancing that feeling of openness and calm. Lighting details offer a perfect balance between functionality and warmth, adding that touch of comfort that turns each room into a refuge to enjoy time and space. In this sense, the Mine lamp, designed by Nahtrang and present in the living room, hallway, and bathroom, creates continuity in the space thanks to its subtle repetition, bringing harmony and a sense of calm.

Located in a sustainable and rigorously audited environment, Terrazza combines luxury, environmental respect, and design to offer a unique residential experience. Here, architecture, nature, and light come together to transform the home into a living and healthy space.
