The vibrant Amoreiras neighborhood, near the prestigious Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon, hosts LX Living, an innovative mixed-use project, developed by RE Capital and Reward Properties.

LX Living has been designed by the renowned architecture firm Saraiva + Associates. With a contemporary design, LX Living offers 150 luxury apartments with spectacular cantilevered balconies, commercial spaces on the ground floor, and a charming landscaped interior plaza.

In collaboration with interior designer Nicola Vaughan-Scott, LX Living has been carefully planned to offer a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. Lighting plays a crucial role in this project, where our fixtures have been used to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the spaces.

Our Side ceiling lights preside over the bedrooms, drawing attention with their copper finish, which contrasts and blends with the sober colors of the rooms. In these rooms, our Conga table lamp, with its black finish, accompanies the sides of the bed, providing extra lighting for moments when ambient and intimate lighting is needed.

In the dining rooms, our Stan track lights with white finish provide functional lighting, seamlessly integrating into the decor without distracting from the elegant and minimalist aesthetic that characterizes LX Living.

In addition to its impressive design and prime location, LX Living stands out for its commitment to sustainability and the quality of life of its residents. The landscaped interior plaza not only offers an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the city, but also contributes to the improvement of the urban microclimate, promoting a healthier and more balanced environment.
