1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANISATION AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

Rules of the prize draw called "#Faro&Arquitalia" (hereinafter, the "Prize Draw") organised by LOREFAR SL. hereinafter FARO, with Tax Identification Code B- B58087479 and registered office at Carrer Dinàmica, 1, 08755 Castellbisbal, Barcelona and with the following web address: www.faro.es. The prize draw is organised for promotional purposes throughout the Spanish territory (except Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) (the "Territory").

The promotional period will start on 22 May 2023 at 8:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time) and will end on 28 May 2023 at 8:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time) (hereinafter, the "Promotional Period").

2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

In order to participate in the contest, interested parties must meet the following requirements:

• Be a legal resident in the Territory and over 18 years of age;
• Follow the @faro_barcelona and @arquitalia accounts.
• Have an Instagram account / profile

3. DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPETITION AND SELECTION OF THE WINNERS

On 22 May 2023, FARO will publish a joint post with Arquitalia on its Instagram account (@faro_barcelona and @arquitalia) announcing the start of the Sweepstakes. Interested parties may participate during the Promotional Period indicated in clause 1, and following the requirements established in these Rules.

To participate, interested parties must:

• Follow the FARO accounts @faro_barcelona and @arquitalia
• Like the publication.
• Mention 1 or 2 people in the comments.

Each interested party can participate as many times as they wish in the draw, in order to increase their chances of winning by always mentioning different accounts.

Subsequently, a random draw will be carried out through an application where one (1) winner and (1) alternate will be selected from among all the participants who meet the requirements established in these Rules (hereinafter, the "Winner" and the "Alternate", respectively).

The Winner will be notified on the same day or within 7 days after the end of the draw by commenting on the publication of the Draw on FARO's Instagram and by stories. In the event that the selected Winner cannot be located within seven (7) calendar days, does not comply with the requirements of the Sweepstakes or does not accept the prize, he/she will be automatically excluded from the Sweepstakes and the Prize will be assigned to the Alternate. The Prize will be awarded to the Alternate as detailed in these Rules, i.e. the Alternate will be required to observe the same conditions as outlined for the Winner.

FARO reserves the right to make any changes, suspend or extend the Prize Draw in the event of just cause and after prior notification to the participants.

4. PRIZE

The prize to be awarded to the Winner of the Draw will consist of one (1) TATAWIN table lamp designed by Adolfo Abejón (hereinafter, the "Prize"). The delivery date of the prize will depend on the availability of the stock of the product.

FARO will award a single Prize to the Winner selected by the Draw who participates during the above-mentioned period and fulfils the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

If it becomes apparent that any entrant does not comply with the requirements of these Rules or that the details provided to enter are invalid, such entrant will be automatically excluded from the Prize Draw and will forfeit all rights to the Prize awarded under this Prize Draw.

FARO will contact the Winner to request the necessary information to send the Prize. The Prize will not be transferable or subject to change, alteration or compensation at the winners' request and cannot be exchanged for any other product or money.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participants, by the mere fact of entering the competition, accept its terms and conditions and FARO's criteria regarding the resolution of any issue arising from this promotion.

The claims period ends fifteen (15) days after the date of communication of the prize to the winner. Claims must be submitted in writing to the registered office of LOREFAR SL.

6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, we inform you that all data requested from participants are mandatory to participate in the Sweepstakes and, where appropriate, to be entitled to receive the Prizes. In this sense, the participant undertakes to provide truthful data and to keep them updated.

BASIC INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION

• Responsible: LOREFAR SL.
• Purpose Manage: The participation and development of the "#Faro&Arquitalia" draw and communicate to the winner(s) their status as such and manage the delivery of the prize. In the event of being a winner, the winner's identification will be published on its social networks, as well as in any other support or media that FARO may use to inform and publicise the result of the draw.
• Rights: Users may exercise the following rights in relation to their personal data before FARO: Access; Rectification; Deletion; Limitation of processing; Data portability and Opposition. Similarly, in the processing of user data whose legitimacy is based on the consent given by the user, the user has the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. In order to exercise such rights, the user may send his/her request to FARO, Calle Dinámica, number 1, Polígono Industrial Santa Rita, Castellbisbal, 08755 - Barcelona; or through our página de contacto. In any case, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the corresponding supervisory authority if he/she deems it appropriate.

7. DECLARATION OF VERACITY

The information provided by participants must be truthful, and the organisers reserve the right not to accept any application whose details do not comply with this condition.

8. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES AND FORCE MAJEURE

LOREFAR SL will not be held responsible for possible acts of God or force majeure that may affect the development of the draw. Under no circumstances will FARO Barcelona be responsible for errors in the provision of the services of third parties or entities whose participation is necessary for the winner to enjoy the prize.
