LUANG XS is a locally manufactured table lamp designed by Faro Lab. The Luang family is inspired by the art and hand-crafted objects made with papyrus and natural fibres in Southeast Asia and by how they create incredibly formal poetic and complex volumetric objects from flat elements. It has a minimalist structure that contrasts profoundly with the free and organic appearance of its shade which, by not having a structure and being materialised exclusively in papyrus, lights up entirely. This model’s shade is camel, providing a very natural, cosy light.
