December 1st was the day chosen to hold the National Sales Convention of Faro Barcelona. During one day, a balance of the goals established by the different departments of the Faro Group is made. As every year Xavier Martín, General Manager of the Faro Group, opened the Convention with his initial speech where he stressed the value of the brand and its strategy focused on design. “This year we have focused in make known the Faro brand, in such a way, that people think about us when seeking a luminaire or a fan” told the Manager.
During one day, each Department analyzed the goals achieved during the year and posed the strategy for 2017. As usual, the Purchase Department presented its developments raising the interest of the audience.
The design products both for home, outdoor and ventilation attracted the glances of the salesmen. This year were also presented in a more widespread way the developments for the professional line (PRO) and the improvements in the light source for the retail and contract product range were explained.
After a busy day, the participants could expose their doubts and impressions at a dinner at La Cuina de la Boqueria, where, divided in teams, they cooked dinner. A perfect metaphor to conclude this act where salesmen and company work together to achieve the goals set.
