The new La Fábrica restaurant opens its doors in Madrid under the direction of architect Pablo Baruc.

In a 90m² space in the Westfield Parquesur shopping centre, the La Fábrica group has renovated its restaurant, successfully blending the industrial essence of the artisan brand with the intimate and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant.

The project aims to create an image marked by its connection to the production of industrially crafted beers, without losing the welcoming ambiance. To achieve this, SAIGON and MOREA have been the stars of the terrace, providing warm light and becoming part of the decoration beyond their functionality.
